Nurse Practitioner
Crissy is passionate about helping people achieve the best possible quality of life.
Through experiencing her own weight loss journey, she became inspired to help others be successful achieving their health and weight loss goals by providing nutrition counseling, diet coaching, and hormone therapy.
Crissy has lived in Castle Rock since 2002. She is married, has six children, one grandson and a Great Dane. In her free, time she enjoys Krav Maga, shooting, hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time with her family.
Medical Assistant, M.A.
Brooke has been a Medical Assistant for 8 years, and has three years of Nurse management experience, she also has a BS in Healthcare Administration and Management. Brooke has lived in the Castle Rock area for over twenty years and now lives in Parker. In her free time she enjoys reading, camping, playing sports with her son and spending time with her family.
CNA
Michele is a Colorado Native. She has been a certified nurse assistant since 2007. In 2023 she became certified as a Neveskin & Endospheres technician. Michele is married and has two children. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.
CLT
Kate is a Certified Laser Technician, as well as a Neveskin & Endospheres technician. Her background is in massage therapy and bodywork.
Kate lives in Castle Rock with her family and an assortment of pets. In her free time, Kate enjoys coffee, reading, and doing DIY projects.
